4. SMS Messaging Program
The following terms apply specifically to the Metal Warehouse Inc. SMS messaging program.
4.1 Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Metal Warehouse Inc. The SMS service is strictly limited to customer support and service-related communications, transactional or informational messages, account-related notifications, compliance with applicable legal and carrier requirements, and the improvement of our services and communication processes. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to the SMS number. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time.

4.6 Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
