Trim and flashing are the finishing pieces of a metal roof or wall: the parts that close off edges, seal transitions, and shed water away from the seams. Good trim is what makes a metal building look sharp and stay watertight for decades. Ridge Cap
Caps the peak where two roof slopes meet, sealing the ridge line against wind-driven rain.
Rake & Gable
Runs down the sloped roof edge at the gable end for a clean, finished, weather-tight border.
Eave & Drip Edge
Directs runoff off the roof edge and away from the wall and fascia below.
Corner & J-Channel
Wraps outside corners and frames openings so panel ends are tucked in and sealed.
