RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We will accept returns with a 25% restocking fee for all unopened or unused items upon inspection and returned within five business days. Items that are not eligible for return include, but are not limited to, sheets, trim, doors, frames, hardware, torch cut items, welding supplies, special ordered items and all opened items, such as closures, screws, tacky tape and installation. All orders must be inspected and invoice(s) signed by the customer before leaving the yard.

STOCKING AND PRICING POLICY

Most items are kept in stock, but please call to verify pricing and availability. Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. We can also special-order items for you, but they are nonrefundable.

PAYMENT

All orders (standard and specialty orders) must be paid in full before leaving the yard. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, cashier’s check, credit card and wire transfers.
