Commercial Office Building - Ardmore, OK

Project Overview

An Ardmore business owner needed a new office and light commercial building to replace leased space. They wanted a steel building with a finished interior appearance - a wainscot liner panel on the lower half of the interior walls, batt insulation, and a suspended ceiling grid. Metal Warehouse Inc. supplied the complete exterior package plus the interior liner panel and all insulation, coordinating the delivery to match the construction schedule.

The Challenge

The owner wanted the exterior to look like a conventional commercial building rather than an industrial metal structure. This required a specific color and profile selection, and a front canopy over the entry that needed to integrate with the main building frame.

Our Solution

We supplied a painted R-Panel in Antique White with dark bronze trim, giving the building a conventional commercial appearance. The front canopy was engineered as an integral part of the main frame, not a field-welded addition.

Outcome

The finished building received favorable comments from neighboring businesses. The owner has since referred two other business owners in the Ardmore area to Metal Warehouse Inc.
