R-Panel Roofing - McKinney, TX
Project Overview
A McKinney agricultural facility needed to re-roof three connected outbuildings totaling 4,800 square feet. The existing R-Panel roof had reached the end of its service life after 30 years. Metal Warehouse Inc. supplied replacement R-Panel (PBR) panels in a matching Galvalume finish, cut to the exact lengths needed for each roof section, along with all ridge cap, eave trim, closure strips, and fasteners.
The Challenge
The three roof sections had different lengths and pitches, requiring careful measurement and three separate panel runs. The customer needed everything delivered in a single load to avoid multiple mobilizations by their roofing contractor.
Our Solution
We took detailed measurements at our Sherman yard using the customer's plans, roll-formed all panels to exact lengths the same day, and delivered the complete material package to the McKinney site the following morning.
Outcome
The contractor completed the re-roofing in two days. The customer confirmed zero waste on-site - every panel was exactly the right length.
